Laying The Foundation for 2026 (Part 6): God Gave You His Spirit
Today, we continue our focus on “THE YEAR OF DISCOVERY.” In 2026, we are embarking on a journey of growing in grace and in the knowledge of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
As part of this foundation for the year, we are exploring how the Holy Spirit acts as the “Archive” or divine “LLM” who searches out the deep things of God and brings them to the surface of our conscious minds.

“But as it is written: ‘Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.’ But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.”
Setting the Stage:
We have been looking at the fact that your destiny for 2026 is not something you “make up“; it is something you discover. Paul explains that just as your own spirit is the only one who truly knows your private thoughts, the Holy Spirit is the only one who knows God’s private thoughts.
God did something radical: He gave you His Spirit so that you could have access to His “private thoughts” concerning your life. Think about that! You can’t know my thoughts unless my spirit is inside of you. If I were able to put my spirit inside of you, you would have my thoughts and your thoughts simultaneously. I can’t do that naturally, but God did it spiritually.
So, what does this mean for you today? A few things.
1. To Know the Heart of a Person, You Must Have Access to Their Spirit.
Paul uses a powerful human analogy to explain spiritual truth. No one knows what you are genuinely thinking better than your own spirit. People can guess based on your facial expressions or your words, but only you truly know your inner motives and plans. Paul argues that the same is true of God; only the Holy Spirit knows the Father’s private intentions and deep thoughts.
How this applies to you:
— You can’t truly know my thoughts unless my spirit were literally inside of you. If I had a way to put my spirit down inside of you, then my spirit would be in me, but it would also be in you. Then you would have your spirit, and you would also have my spirit, meaning you would have thoughts that come from you and from me at the same time.
— Human interaction is somewhat limited because we can only guess at the thoughts of others from the outside. It takes time to get to know people so you can learn how they think, but you can’t ever really know what they are thinking.
— To learn people’s patterns, you observe them from the outside. However, discovery in God is not about natural (or external) observation; it is about an internal spiritual connection.
— The world can guess things about your future, but only the Holy Spirit knows the Father’s specific intent for you.
— Without a spiritual bridge, the deep things of God remain completely concealed from the natural mind.
— God’s “concealing” is actually an invitation to intimacy, calling you to seek His heart. Not only does God want to know you intimately, and he wants you to know him intimately, but it is in this level of intimacy that He reveals things to you about you.
— You were born to be a searcher of divine secrets, not just a recipient of human information. I realize that you may not have given this much thought prior to the last couple of weeks. But I believe the Father wants us to give it significant thought in this season so that we can seek Him out and discover what he has for us, not only in this season but for the rest of our lives.
2. God Put His Spirit Inside You to Give You the Advantage.
What is impossible for man (placing one spirit inside another person) is exactly what God did for you at salvation. He placed His Spirit down inside of you so you can bypass human logic and tap into divine intelligence. You aren’t guessing at your life anymore; you are operating with insider information directly from the Heart of the Father.
How this applies to you:
— If my spirit were in a woman named Sarah, she would have Rick’s thoughts and Sarah’s thoughts. She would then have the power to decide whether to continue to make decisions based on her own thoughts or the thoughts she is receiving from Rick. While I can’t put my spirit down inside of anyone, God can, and He did when we were born again.
— Because God’s Spirit is in you, you have access to the original blueprints for your life.
— You should never feel like an outsider in your own life (feeling hopeless or aimless) because the author of your life’s story is living on the inside of you. You get to spend time with Him and ask Him questions about what he planned for your life.
— This connection allows you to bypass market conditions and hear what Heaven is saying about you, your career/business, and your future.
— The Holy Spirit is your Resident Guide who has already been to the end of your 2026. He can give you the answers you need to the problems you face, but He will not release divine secrets without intimacy.
— Once you start spending time with the Holy Spirit, you will quickly realize that you were redeemed to a life where revelation over education is your primary way of living. In other words, once you start receiving divine insight from the Holy Spirit, you will never want to live without it.
— This year, you will hear me use the word “discovery” over and over again. To be clear, when I say “discovery,” what I mean is: the Holy Spirit taking what is in God’s heart and depositing it directly into yours. This is part of #TheGraceLife, and it is how we’re supposed to live.
3. Spiritual Maturity is Learning to Discern Between Your Thoughts and His.
When you have the Holy Spirit inside you, your mind becomes a “meeting place” for two sets of thoughts: your own natural thoughts and the Spirit’s thoughts. The challenge of 2026 is learning to distinguish between the two. You must learn which thoughts to prioritize and obey.
How this applies to you:
— Throughout the day, you receive thoughts that come from God, thoughts that come from yourself, and make no mistake, thoughts that come from Satan. You must learn to discern which ones are which. You want to grow to the point where you know which ones to receive and which ones to reject.
— Once you get past the thoughts from the enemy, you still must learn to discern the difference between your own imagination and the Holy Spirit’s revelation.
— The Holy Spirit will give you thoughts that didn’t originate from your own human experience.
— Discovery happens when you quiet the noise of the world to hear the “still small voice” within. One of the scriptures that the Lord gave Isabella for us to meditate on this year is Psalms 46:10. It says, “Be still and know that I am God.” I know we’re all busy, but many times it is difficult to hear the voice of God within the busyness of our daily lives. We must make time to spend time with God in order to hear his voice clearly.
— Since your spirit is the only part of you that was recreated when you were born again, and God’s spirit literally connects with your spirit to bear witness that you’re a child of God, then your spirit is a divine receiver that picks up the frequency of Heaven. But like I shared with you last week, you must train your soul to be more open to what your spirit is saying (because it’s connected to the Holy Spirit), then what this world is saying to you through your 5 physical senses.
— Your spirit is how you communicate with the Holy Spirit (and the Holy Spirit is your direct connection to the Father), and your body is how you communicate with this world.
— Training your soul to align with your spirit is the key to walking in your divine identity.
4. Everything Revealed by the Spirit is “Freely Given” by Grace.
The Holy Spirit doesn’t just show you things to make you work harder; He reveals the things that have been freely given to you by God. Discovery is the moment you find out that the “it” you’ve been looking for is already yours by grace. Your job is not to work for it, but to believe God for it. You must receive it by faith.
How this applies to you:
— Your 2026 breakthrough is already bought and paid for; you are just discovering the manifestation.
— When you realize something is “freely given,” the pressure to perform is completely removed. You stop stressing, and you start resting in what you believe God has planned for you for this season.
— Your focus shifts from “How can I get this?” to “Father, I thank You that it’s already done!“
— Discovery is the spiritual hunt for the treasures God pre-packaged for your success this year. While this sounds exciting, I do want to give you a warning. I keep talking about “freely given” and “success,” but that does not mean that you will not face opposition, and times won’t get difficult. It just means that God has already given you the grace to overcome everything you will face on the path to your destiny.
— Grace provides the enablement to go where your natural mind says you have no business going, and it gives you the power to do what you never imagined you could do without God.
— This Year of Discovery is about stepping into the fullness of what has already been prepared for you!.

Father, I thank You that I am entering a season of next-level discovery!
I declare that I have a Spirit-to-spirit connection with You that bypasses human logic!
I have received the Spirit who is from God, so that I may know the things freely given to me!
I refuse to be limited by my own natural thoughts or the expert opinions of this world!
Because Your Spirit is in me, I have access to Your innermost thoughts and original blueprints for my life!
I am learning to discern Your voice and prioritize Your thoughts over my own natural desires!
I walk with divine intelligence, hearing the strategies and secrets of Heaven for my family and business!
I am living from the inside out, fueled by the revelation of what Your grace has provided!
I am Living the Grace Life in my Year of Discovery, and GREATER IS COMING FOR ME!
