Today, we continue our focus on “THE YEAR OF DISCOVERY.” 2026 will be a year where we discover things about God, ourselves, and our future.

Key scriptures for this year:

(2 Peter 3:18 GNT)

“But continue to grow in the grace and in the knowledge of our Savior, Jesus Christ. To Him be glory now and forever.”

(Luke 10:20 Mirror)

“It’s time for you to rediscover who you are from Heaven’s perspective.”

(1 John 3:10 Mirror)

“There is a very visible and vast difference between living one’s life from your God identity or from a fallen mindset.”

(Proverbs 25:2 NLT)

“It is God’s privilege to conceal things and the king’s privilege to discover them.”

(Jeremiah 29:13 NIV)

“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

(2 Peter 1:3 NKJV)

“As His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.”

Scripture we will study today:

(Proverbs 25:2 NLT)

“It is God’s privilege to conceal things and the king’s privilege to discover them.”

Supporting scriptures:

(2 Corinthians 3:18 Mirror)

“Now we all with new understanding see ourselves in Him as in a mirror… gazing with wonder at the likeness of Elohim displayed in human form, we suddenly realize that we are looking into a mirror where every feature of their image, God, is articulated in the Lord and is reflected within us.”

Setting the Stage:

Solomon taught us, in Prov 25:2, that it is the “glory of kings” to search out a matter. I in context, he was talking about seeking to discover the things that God has concealed.  In God’s Kingdom, you aren’t just a subject; you are royalty. You are an heir. God has concealed things FOR you, not FROM you, because He wants to invite you into an intimate process of discovery. This process is like looking into a reflecting pool; when you see Jesus clearly, you finally see the “One who you really are.” One of the most critical things you must understand as we enter 2026 is this: your destiny cannot be decided by you because it was decided by God before the world began. Therefore, destiny can only be discovered. Before you were even born, God gave you a destiny and a plan that He is committed to accomplishing. Your job isn’t to create a life for yourself; your job is to embrace the grace of God to discover and uncover the life God has already prepared for you!

So, what does this mean for you today? A few things.

1. You are Royally Positioned to Search Out God’s Secrets.

In the ancient world, only kings had the authority to search out the deep mysteries of the state. In Christ, you have been given the grace (a “King’s Grace”) to do just that. You are graced to dig deeper into God’s Word until you strike the revelation of your destiny.

How this applies to you:

— God’s “concealing” is actually an invitation to intimacy; He wants you to seek Him with all your heart so you can find the treasure.

— What you discover in God as you walk with Him, as you spend time with the Holy Spirit, and as you study His Word, is more valuable than anything you can get from this world.

— There is an empowering presence (grace) on your life specifically to help you search out answers that are hidden from the natural mind. The Holy Spirit gives you the grace to go deeper into the things of God.

— You are called to “dig deeper” into the Word until you strike the oil of revelation that solves your specific problem.

— Searching requires persistence; Just like in most things, what comes easily is often not valuable. If you want to discover critical things about God and about yourself, and I’m talking about things that can change the trajectory of your life, then you are going to have to seek out (with your whole heart) the one who holds the secrets.

— The secret things belong to God, but the things He reveals belong to you and your children forever.

— This year, take up your rightful position as a searcher; the life you will experience in 2026 is directly tied to the revelation you uncover.

2. The Word of God is Your Reflecting Pool.

The still waters in Psalm 23 give us a picture of a reflecting pool. When you look into the Word, you aren’t just reading a history book; you are looking into a mirror to see your authentic identity. My spiritual father, Pastor Tony Brazelton, mentioned or used the movie, The Lion King, as an example. In the movie, young Simba looks into a reflecting pool, and what he sees back is an image of his father. That’s what happens to us when we spend time in the Word of God.

How this applies to you:

— When you look at Jesus face-to-face in the Word, your life must change because you see what is possible in Him.

— The “mirror revelation” means that when you see Jesus as the “Christ,” you suddenly realize that His image is what you are being transformed into.

2 Corinthians 3:18 Mirror

“Now we all with new understanding see ourselves in Him as in a mirror… gazing with wonder at the likeness of Elohim displayed in human form, we suddenly realize that we are looking into a mirror where every feature of their image, God, is articulated in the Lord and is reflected within us.”

— You must stop seeing yourself by your own strength alone and start seeing the Father’s image in your own face.

— If you see Jesus clearly regarding your finances, your financial reality will begin to align with what you see in the mirror.

— If you gaze at Him regarding your relationships, the reflection of His love will start to transform how you relate to others.

— Like Simba looking in the water and seeing his father, you must look into the Word until you see who you really are in Him.

— You will eventually become what you consistently behold. My question for you as you’re getting ready for 2026 is, “What are you meditating on?”

3. Grace for the “Beyond” Pushes Your Boundaries.

Discovery is designed to take you BEYOND your current boundaries. Every limitation in the physical world is a spiritual bondage rooted in the fall of man, but grace empowers you to live beyond those limits.

How this applies to you:

— You are called to live beyond the circumstances that have held you down for years.

— Living #TheGraceLife means you embrace the power to live beyond the natural world and operate in the supernatural as your daily reality.

— You must identify the boundaries and limits that religion or past trauma have placed on your life and resolve to push past them.

— Every limitation you face is a bondage that Jesus has already provided the grace for you to overcome.

— Your finances, your health, and your family shouldn’t be bound to the limits of this world anymore. Once you insert God and his grace into any equation, the outcome of the equation changes. Since God can do anything, once you’re in Christ, you have the power to do all things.

— The grace of God provides the enablement to go where your natural mind believes you have no business going, which is why your mind must be transformed to believe what God believes about you.

— You must meditate more on what you’re receiving in your spirit than the input that you’re getting from this world. The input that comes through your five physical senses will keep you bound to the limits of this world. But if you receive the input that you’re getting in your spirit from the Holy Spirit and from the Word of God, you will break free from every limit that has been holding you back!

4. Seeking is the Pathway to Revelation and Manifestation.

Discovery doesn’t happen to the passive; it happens to the passionate. Jeremiah 29:13 tells us to search God with ALL your hearts.

How this applies to you:

— Your search for revelation must be wholehearted; God responds to the hunger of a seeking spirit.

— When you ask, seek, and knock, the promise is that the door will be opened and you will find.

— This year, the doors that were shut in the past (doors of revelation, insight, wisdom, opportunity, relationships, wealth, success, and prosperity) will open because you are searching.

— You must be willing to be uncomfortable during the search; God stretches your boundaries during the pursuit. Isabella and I have been through the stretching process many times, and the truth is that if you want to continue to grow in Christ and with God, this stretching process will never stop

— Searching requires you to value the Word above the noise of the world.

— The concept of revelation is that God is revealing something to you that was already prepared for you. Since God is outside of time, then for him, it’s already past, but for you, it is future. So when God reveals something to you, He can only reveal what He has already seen in your future. Meaning that if he’s revealing it, it is actually there. It just hasn’t manifested itself yet in time.

— You are not searching for something that doesn’t exist; you are searching for what has already been prepared for you. When you truly understand this, your motivation to search for, pursue, and discover the things God has stored up for you will be elevated to a new level.

That’s enough for today.

Declaration of Faith:

Father, I thank You for helping me to search out the deep matters of my destiny!

I declare that You have hidden treasures FOR me, and I receive the grace to search them out with all my heart!

I am digging deeper into Your Word until I strike the revelation and the oil for my situation!

When I look into the mirror of Your Word, I see Jesus, and I see the Father’s image reflected in my own face!

I receive the grace to push past every boundary and limitation that has held me back!

I seek You wholeheartedly, knowing that every door I knock on will be opened to me in 2026!

I am Living the Grace Life in the Year of Discovery, and I will not be denied what belongs to me!

GREATER IS COMING FOR ME!

I declare this by faith. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

This is Today’s Word. Apply it and prosper!
